I am a State Farm customer and recently had a couple of claims that needed to be handled. State Farm provided me with a list of repair shops, and after reading the reviews, I chose GLA Alpharetta because of its excellent ratings—and now I completely understand why it is so highly recommended. From the moment I arrived, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful Zachary and David have an amaizing customer service. Since this was my first time going through an insurance claim and repair process, they took the time to guide me through everything. They explained what the insurance company would cover, showed me the areas of damage, and gave me a clear estimate of the repair timeline. Their timeline was extremely accurate. In fact, they completed the repairs one day earlier than expected. Throughout the process, they kept me informed about the progress of the work, which made everything much easier and less stressful. There were no hidden costs, unexpected charges, or unpleasant surprises. Everything was transparent and straightforward from beginning to end. They simply focused on what they do best: taking excellent care of your vehicle. They also work conveniently with the Enterp

I must admit that I was honestly surprised at how good this bumper repair/repaint job was. In fact it was 60% less than another 2 repair shops on Alpharetta Highway. My 2017 Audi Q5 2.0T cane out looking “NEW”! Juan & Cirus were exceptionally professional. I received constant updates on the progress. I wish I could also thank the Hard Workers in the back - never seen - the ones that make magic happen! So Juan/Cirus - please do that for me! I highly recommend GLA - from the bottom of my Wallet! GO THERE - Save Money & get the job done RIGHT!

I recently had my 2019 Mercedes CLS450 repaired at Georgia Luxury Automotive in Alpharetta and I honestly could not be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything and kept me updated throughout the process. When I picked up the car I was genuinely impressed. The finish, the paint match, and the overall quality of the work were outstanding. My CLS450 actually looks better than it did before the accident. You can tell these guys really understand craftsmanship and take pride in the details. It is not always easy to find a shop you can trust with a high end vehicle, but the team at GLA Alpharetta absolutely delivered. If you are in the Alpharetta area and want your car repaired the right way, I would highly recommend them.
